Pokhara

Lets talk about ‘Pokhara’. Pokhara is a beautiful place.It is a city on Phewa lake, that lake is very beautiful. Pokhara lies on an important old trading route between China and India.

Lets talk about the history of pokhara:

In the 17th century, it was part of the Kingdom of Kaski which was one of the Chaubisi rajya (24 Kingdoms of Nepal, Chaubisi rajya ruled by a branch of the Shah Dynasty. Many of the hills around Phokhara still have medieval ruins from this time.

In pokhara there are many amazing resorts/hotelwhere you get amazing rooms,food,view etc. If you come to Nepal and would want to go somewhere I recommend pokhara. Even in my holidays i would love to go to pokhara. Some amazing things of Pokhara are that there are many beautiful shops where you get handmade items or paintings and there are some restaurants as well which are called “Thakali” there are many thakali you get delicious foods there like the national food (dal,bhat tarkari) and chicken well.
